Our Story
Arsuri was created to bring coffees of Bolivia closer to the people who roast and enjoy them.
Our journey begins in Caranavi, in the Yungas of Bolivia, where coffee is shaped by the land, climate, and generations of knowledge behind its production. We source specialty coffee from the region and offer it both as green coffee for roasters and roasted coffee.
Arsuri is the Aymara storyteller.
A keeper of knowledge, memory and tradition, sharing with the world the stories of our land and the secrets of Bolivia’s highland coffee.
