Our Coffees

Three coffees from the highlands of Bolivia, each shaped by the people, places, and traditions behind them.

Bourbon Honey

Kantutani, La Paz, Bolivia
1,700 MASL
Producer: Mamani Family

A different expression of the same place

This Bourbon comes from the Mamani family farms in Kantutani, where coffee growing continues to be a family effort across generations. Each member of the family manages their own farm while remaining connected through the knowledge and traditions they share.

While the family's foundation is rooted in traditional processing, they are also beginning to explore new methods and more expressive coffee profiles without losing their focus on quality.

Together with our partner at origin, Scobol, we have the opportunity to work with producers like the Mamani family and share coffees that reflect both their traditions and the direction they are taking for the future.

Washed Bourbon

Kantutani, La Paz, Bolivia
1,700 MASL
Producer: Mamani Family

A tradition passed from one generation to the next

High in the community of Kantutani, the Mamani family has built its life around coffee. Now in its second generation, each of the children has their own farm, but they continue to work together and carry forward the knowledge and traditions passed down by their parents.

Their Washed Bourbon reflects that shared dedication. From carefully selecting ripe cherries by hand to washing and drying the coffee, the family works together throughout the process.

Through our partnership with Scobol at origin, Arsuri is able to bring coffees like this closer to the people who grow them and share the stories behind their work.

Caranavi Blend

Caranavi, La Paz, Bolivia
1,200–1,400 MASL

Built through community

This coffee brings together the harvests of 42 producing families from Calama, Taypiplaya, and Illampu in the Yungas of La Paz. Together, their coffees create a blend that reflects the diversity and character of Bolivian coffee: balanced, approachable, and deeply connected to its origin.

Our partner at origin, Scobol, works closely with these families, collecting the coffee and overseeing drying, processing, and quality control. Their work helps preserve the character and traceability of each lot while ensuring producers receive a fair price for the quality and effort behind their coffee.
